Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Gather all equipment and ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
